Cancellation Policy

Deposit and Payment Disclaimer

Please be advised that a deposit amount of $200 is non-refundable and is required to secure the date and time of your booking. Full payment is due 5 business days before your event date.

For bookings less than $200 (board or card games), the full amount is due at the time of booking and is non-refundable.

In the event of cancellation, a refund of your payment will be issued, minus the non-refundable deposit, provided you request cancellation 3 or more business days before your scheduled event.

We will not be able to issue refunds for cancellations made less than 3 business days to your event.
